NEWS FLASH: The Quarks have landed!!!

We'll be shipping out all Quark regular pre-orders today. Thanks to all you flashaholics for making this light possible!

The Quarks are on the delivery truck!! We hope they'll be delivered early, though sometimes DHL doesn't deliver until the evening. We'll announce as soon as they arrive!

The Quark series lights are on their way to us. We've been watching the tracking every hour, and it seems they've been held up in Customs longer than expected. We've had to push the ship date back to June 10th to compensate. But we're still watching - if anything changes, we'll update immediately!

All D10/EX10 Q5&R2 are on hold until we check them due to a faulty part used in manufacturing. We are checking each one, and until they are all checked, all orders will be on hold. We expect to have them all checked within 24 hours.

Bladeshow
We're running a skeleton crew staff today as most of us will be at the Bladeshow. We will do our best to get to your emails and phone calls. If you're attending the show, be sure to stop by and visit! We're in booth #140.

Fenix
We received a large order of Fenix products in. The E20s, LD20s, PD30s, P1Ds, etc. are in stock and we're shipping them out! The TK11-R2 and TK40 are due in the first week of June.

Nitecore
D10-R2 and EX-R2s are in stock and shipping. Extreme-R2s are expected in next week. The EZ AA, both regular and warm-tint, are also in stock an shipping! Thank you all for bearing with us during the recall phase. We are continuing to process the pre-orders and back-orders as quickly as possible. We may require one more batch of EZ AAs to fulfill everyone's orders, we'll let you know.

Olight
The T-Series filters and diffusers are now in stock.

Tiablo
The ACE-Gs are in stock, and we'll be listing up remote pressure switches for the A10-G and ACE-G soon!

Nitecore
The first batch of EZ AA lights has arrived! It is a somewhat small batch, so we won't be able to quite fill everyone's pre-orders today. But, a second larger shipment is on the way! The warm-tint EZ AAs are also shipping to us this week, so we should be shipping everyone's pre-orders out by next Tuesday! Thanks for hanging in there.

Batteries & Stuff
Our AW138 and AW139 chargers have arrived! We'll be shipping out your back-orders today.

The AW18650 batteries will be on their way shortly.

Nitecore The updated and fixed EZ AAs are on their way to us right now! We're getting a small shipment in first, and then more in every day or so after that. The Warm Tint EZ AAs are also on their way!

A shipment of R2 models should be here next week. This will replenish our R2 models.

Fenix The TK40s have been delayed by one week. We're still expecting them in before the end of the month.

AW We've got more 18650 batteries on the way, sit tight! And thanks for your patience :) The dual-bay 139 chargers are also on their way and should be here within two days.

The Olight M30 Triton is now in stock and shipping! It includes a very handy carrying case, an included belt loop attachment, diffuser tip, and extension body. The M30 Triton is one of the most compact quad-die lights on the market!

Batteries and Chargers
Many of you have been patiently waiting for the AW-139 dual-bay chargers. We've got them on order, and they should be arriving within two weeks. Sorry for the delay, and thanks for your patience!

The Tenergy 18650 dual-bay wall chargers are now in stock and shipping.

Nitecore
Our last batch of Extreme R2 lights had several pieces that had misaligned LEDs. We're getting those fixed right now, and we apologize to those of you who have been waiting for your Extremes. We'll have them fixed and out to you within a couple weeks!

The new batch of EZ AAs are expected to arrive around the end of next week. We'll start shipping them out immediately upon their arrival.

Tiablo
The new ACE-G models flew out the door. We've got more on order and they should be here in two weeks.

The ACE-G and A10-G models have arrived! These models are the upgraded versions of the previous generation and feature a slimmer diameter and improved reflector optimization.

Nitecore has issued a recall for the EZ AA flashlight. You can view the recall in its entirety at the following link:

Nitecore has fixed the efficiency problem in the EZ AA and is currently producing a new batch of flashlights. If you have already received an EZ AA from us and would like to have it replaced when the new batch is available, please send an email to the following address: EZAA_recall@4Sevens.com. In your email, please include your full name and your order number. Our customer service department will contact you as soon as possible with all the information you need to ship your EZ AA back to us for replacement.

You can also call our customer service department during store hours (M-F, 8-5 EST) at (678) 608-0308.

If you have placed an order for an EZ AA with us and have not received it yet, we do apologize for the delay and any confusion, but we began holding orders once we heard of a possible recall from Nitecore. We are working very closely with Nitecore, with our customers in mind, to ensure that this process goes smoothly and quickly.

Warm-tint EZ AAs are not subject to this recall as they are entering production with the proper circuitry.

*** April 8 2009 - Update on the status of the EZ AA: ***

We've been trying to get everything squared away with the EZ AAs and the included pre-order special USB AA battery. Sorry for posting this so late in the day - We know you are all very eager, and you have all been very patient!

So, if you can indulge us a little further, we need to push back the EZ AA shipping date due to a delay with the included USB battery. It turns out there was a holiday in China we were unaware of, and this pushed our receiving date back. It also delayed their responses so we didn't hear about it until earlier today.

That said, we're going to keep the pre-order open until next Tuesday, which should be the latest day we receive everything in stock. That means any new orders placed until then will also receive the free USB battery with their EZ AA. Of course, if everything arrives before then, we will start shipping immediately!

Again, sorry for the delay, but please bear with us a few more days so we can make sure everyone's pre-order is covered and taken care of. However, if you aren't interested in the included USB battery, let us know (with your order number, please) and we can ship you just the EZ AA as they already came in. Then, after pre-order is over, the USB batteries will be sold separately if you decide that you'd like to purchase one.

For those of you requesting the warm-tint EZ AA, please remember that these will not be in stock for a little while, so they won't be shipping out for about two weeks.

R2 Edition Flashlights: Due to the shortage of R2 emitters available, some of our shipments may be slightly delayed. We are aggressively sourcing more emitters for our manufacturers to expedite production. We will continue to make announcements as more batches roll out. Thank you all for your patience!

We received in a small batch of Nitecore's new R2 models. We've shipped out as many as we could, but we're expecting another shipment to arrive this week. This shipment will also replenish our stock of D10 and EX10 body clips.

Olight M20 Warriors are back in stock and shipping!

Our next Fenix order is on its way. We should be receiving in within a couple days. It will replenish the LD01s, LD10s, LD20s, PD30s, TK10s, and more!

For those waiting on the TK11-R2s, we are currently working out a solution with Fenix. We are expecting another batch soon that should fulfill all orders up through March 12th. Orders placed after March 12th probably won't ship until the end of April. This is due to the shortage of R2 emitters available, and it is unfortunately beyond our control. But we are working to source more R2s to provide to Fenix and others for use in our lights. Thank you all for staying so patient, and we'll keep you updated!

Spacers for the AW139 charger are also on their way and should be here in a couple days, as will AW123 batteries and AW18650 batteries. Yes, that's right - we're carrying AW brand 18650s again!

Fenix: TK40 update! Some outputs, runtimes, and mode information was just released. Check it out! We've also got the P1Ds, TK11-R2s, and L0Ds on order, and they should back in stock and shipping within two weeks.

Nitecore: We received in a partial shipment of the new R2 editions, but most of them went out in a hurry! The rest of our shipment was a little delayed during manufacturing, but we should be receiving it in within a week and we'll be promptly shipping out the back-orders and partial shipments. Thank you all for being so patient!

Zebralight: The H30s and H50s are back in stock! Sorry for the delay, it took some time to clear customs. The H60s should be back in stock and shipping this Friday.

Tenergy: The 18650s are en route to us right now and should be arriving, and shipping, this Friday!

Olight: We've been given an ETA for the M20 Warriors of this Friday. As soon as they arrive, we'll make an announcement and begin shipping them out.

The Tenergy batteries are back in stock! We got in our 18650s and the CR123As!

We also received in a small Nitecore shipment with the Q5 editions of the D10 and NEX as well as the pocket clips for the D10 and EX10 lights. The R2s are still in production, but we're expecting them to arrive by next week! We'll be processing back-orders and partials immediately when they arrive.

A big Fenix shipment was also just dropped off! The TK11 R2 edition has been replenished, along with lots of other Fenix models. We're processing all of your back-orders as quickly as possible - thanks for your patience!

Speaking of the holidays, if you want to ensure that your order reaches you in time for Christmas Day, you must upgrade to USPS Overnight Express Mail .  USPS Express Mail guarantees overnight delivery to just about anywhere in the United States.  Priority Mail will not get it to you in time.
